There is so much video content on the internet regarding psychotherapy that it can be overwhelming to sift through it all. We’ve done that for you by curating a collection of what we find to be the most informative videos on each experiential school.

In some cases the videos have been made by the originators of the psychotherapies themselves. Others have been created by experts from the institutes that represent that psychotherapy. Yet others have been posted by unaffiliated content creators.

We think you’ll find the free videos on this site to be particularly informative and that they will impart a greater understanding of how to actually do some aspect of a particular school of therapy.

Content that is offered for a fee was either created expressly for the Experiential Psychotherapy Institute or has been posted with the agreement of the content creators. These are generally intermediate to expert level tutorials that will take you beyond what you can learn from the free videos.

Most schools have an official institute dedicated to providing information and resources for that form of psychotherapy. We collaborate with them as much as possible.  While video tutorials are incredibly helpful, we believe that there is no substitute for in-person training from expert practitioners of a given school. Most of the institutes offer additional in-person trainings and whenever that is the case we provide links to direct prospective trainees to their offerings as well.
